Company Information
TK Tech Services, your one-stop shop in Tampa for all your business IT needs.
Two decades of IT experience. One number to call. Always a real person.
TK Tech Services was founded by Tom Krzesinski Jr. and Kristen Alanis — a husband-and-wife team with a simple philosophy: your technology problems deserve a real conversation, not a ticket queue.
Tom brings over 20 years of IT experience to every client relationship. Before relocating to Tampa Bay, he owned and operated MicroGeek in Chicago — an IT company that survived the 2008 market crash and built a loyal client base on straightforward, dependable service. In 2017, Tom and Kristen moved their family to Florida, and TK Tech Services was born.
A background in both IT and electrical work sets TK Tech apart from typical managed service providers. Tom is pursuing Florida recertification as a licensed high voltage electrician and general contractor — which means cameras, access control systems, structured cabling, and AV installations are handled in-house, by someone who understands the infrastructure from the wire up.
What makes TK Tech different
When you call TK Tech, you get a team member. Not a voicemail. Not an automated system. You will also get direct access to Tommy's cell phone. You're never handed off to a different tech who doesn't know your setup.
That's not an accident. It's the model.
HOA Technology — from someone who's been on the board
HOA communities have a genuine and largely underserved need for technology: secure document access, surveillance cameras, gate and door access control, community WiFi, and reliable network infrastructure across common areas and amenity buildings.
Most vendors treat HOAs like any other commercial client. TK Tech doesn't — because Tom has been on the inside. He served as an active board member of FishHawk Ranch West HOA in Lithia for five years, including three years as president. He understands how HOAs are governed, how budgets are approved, how reserves are managed, and what it actually takes to get a technology proposal in front of a board and passed.
TK Tech also advises HOAs on transitioning away from paid management companies — putting control back in the hands of elected boards, hiring employees directly, and redirecting management fees toward community improvements and reserves. It's an approach that has worked at FishHawk Ranch West and one TK Tech brings as an option to HOA clients who are ready for it.
Medical Practice Expertise
TK Tech serves orthodontic, periodontic, and optometry practices across Tampa Bay, with hands-on experience in the systems these offices run — including CrystalPM, McPractice, and Open Dental. HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, imaging system integration, and minimal disruption to patient care are standard, not upsells.
